Shipping Policy

At Danh Pham Cuisine Vietnamienne, we offer delivery and in-store pickup for our restaurant and grocery products. This policy describes our processing times, our delivery rates and the options available depending on your region. All orders are prepared and shipped from our location at 3155 rue Fradet, Drummondville, Quebec.

Processing and delivery times

We generally process orders within 24 to 48 hours. During busy periods or sugar season, this may extend up to 7 days. We thank you for your understanding during these busier times.

Pick-up

Pick-up is free. Two pick-up points are available, depending on the day of the week:

• Friday and Saturday — Drummondville public market, 445 rue Saint-Jean, Drummondville, Quebec J2B 5L7
• Monday to Thursday — 3155 rue Fradet, Drummondville, Quebec J2B 8E8

You choose the pick-up point when placing your order. You will be notified when it is ready. Questions: 873-657-4176.

Rates in Quebec

• For orders under $100: $10 plus taxes.
• For orders over $100: free delivery.

Ontario, New Brunswick and the rest of Canada

For deliveries to Ontario, New Brunswick and the rest of Canada, the carrier's actual charges are calculated at checkout. A tracking number is provided so you can follow your package.

Remote territories (Yukon, Nunavut, Northwest Territories)

Deliveries to remote territories — Yukon, Nunavut and the Northwest Territories — may involve additional charges and longer delays.

International orders
